Flower Picking
We visited with Daddy Bob and Mimi this weekend. And we were excited to let Haylee and Ella try on dresses handmade by Mimi! If you have children that are girls ages 0-10, you will be amazed at what kind of dresses your children can wear. Check em out at her site. Here is a dress that Haylee loved wearing, made by Mimi.
Preschool Painting Time!
Christy sent me this text picture today of Haylee and her preschool today. I think she liked the art time!
Passing the Torch
Back in 1985, I began stamp collecting. (Thanks to Grandpa Jack!) It was an amazing hobby for me. I loved the stamps colors, history behind the creating of the stamps and keeping them organized in one big book. I spent many, many, many hours working on putting them carefully in the album. I recently pulled out the stamp album and was amazed at the excitement from Jonah when I started showing him the collection. So I went on eBay and got the 1965-1966 years (a whopping $1.50 for them all) Jonah flipped out with excitement when he saw them arrive. I trained him on how to place in the album and viola! He took over. Jonah, have fun with the collecting.
All Dressed Up and Nowhere to Go
I got a text from my wife this past Sunday that they were locked out of the house without the car keys. (Ella actually thought to lock the door behind her on the way to church for the first time, but Christy wasn’t done inside the house). I went back home and picked them up, but not before laughing at the following picture that Christy texted me while they were waiting outside on the front steps.
Bashful?
How could I resist taking a picture of Haylee. She said, “Picture!” and had me follow her outside.
Two Twist and One Pull = No Tooth
Congratulations Ella on losing the first of your front teeth. It was fun watching you push and pull the tooth with your tongue for the last week. And I am now sad that the nightly tooth show entertainment has ended. We will just wait for the next one to come loose.
